Peakline provides coaching, replay analysis and accompanied play. We do not provide account boosting, account sharing, rank sales or any service that requires access to a customer's credentials. Requests of that kind are declined and the order is refunded.
Live sessions are confirmed by both parties before the slot is reserved. A session cancelled by the customer more than 12 hours ahead returns to the balance in full; inside 12 hours it counts as delivered. A session missed by the coach always returns to the balance.
Sessions are recorded for the customer's own use and stored for twelve months. Coaches may not publish a recording without the customer's written consent.
Harassment of coaches or customers ends the engagement without refund. Coaches are required to decline any request that would break the terms of service of the title being played.
Balances are valid for twelve months from purchase. Refund requests for undelivered sessions are processed to the original payment method within ten business days.
Coaching improves decision-making; it does not guarantee a specific rank or outcome. Any claim of guaranteed placement is not made by us and should be treated as fraudulent.
